1. Posting Problems
Posts that are causing problems may be submit for moderation or removal and can lead to a ban. (IE: Flaming, Racism, Negative Attitudes, Degrading Comments, Off Topic Posts, Posting in the Wrong Forum, Bumping, and anything that can be considered Spam) Please be aware that we aren't looking at who is 'right' and who is 'wrong' in a situation sometimes but who or what is the actual problem. If you have an issue address it to a mod, fighting it out in the forum can result in a ban.

2. Behavior
As a member of yaxay you are required to treat all members (users and staff) with the respect the deserve as human beings. Users caught abusing other members will be banned. Any issue you may have with a user should be brought to the attention of a mod. Having a bad dealing in the business exchange is not an excuse to start hassing a user. As long as someone is a member of yaxay you are required to give them some common curtesy.

3. Postings
All posts must follow yaxay rules. This includes but not limited to pms and emails sent useing our system. New threads should belong in their apreiate forum, and replies should try and stay on topic. Off-Topic posts are subject for removal reguardless if they are cause a problem are not.

4. Buying/Selling/Advertising Services
All business transaction belong strictly in the business exchange. Site Advertisement is only allowed in the daily grind forum with [site-ad] in the title. Business Exchange Rules coming soon

5. Copyrighted Material
Respect the copyrights/trademarks and/or other proprietary rights of any designers/sites you have used. If you are showing something off in the gallery as a concept/practice work you still must give credit where credit is due if you used someone else's work. All postings in the Business Exchange must be free of copyright or restrictions.

6. Illegal Activtity
If its illegal, it doesn't belong on yaxay. This includes porn (we have underage people) and warez.

7. User Accounts
Users can only have one account in which they are the only ones with the rights to use it. Users who want a 2nd account must contact the yaxay staff. Users caught messing around with another user's account will be banned. You are responcbile for protecting your password and can be held accountable for anything posted by it.

8. System Abuse
People who abuse the system will be banned. This includes but is not limited to people who exploit known security issues. Users failing to report these issues are subject to review as well. Users who use the system to spam users will be banned.

9. Questionable Content/Everything else.
If a mod says stop doing something, stop doing it! Thank you. If we feel it may cause a problem or isn't aproiate, then we may ask you to stop. If at any time you would like your situation reviewed please sent a polite email to an administrator and we will do our best to work with your issue.

10. Banning and Unbanning
Users cause breaking any of these rules is subject to a ban. If you have been unbanned you may subject an unban request by PMing/Emailing TheDPQ.

There are alot of posts each day on the yaxay.com forums, so we can't always promise you'll receive a warning every time action has to be taken. By registering at the yaxay.com forums, users agree that any post deemed inappropriate may be removed at the sole discretion of yaxay.com. Yaxay.com also has the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke board privileges at any time without notice or reason. Think of these rules as a forewarning and, if you break them, you're taking your account status into your own hands.
