Well, Chris has done it again. Made me and people accusing him look like fools while he gets the benefit of the doubt.

Firstly, I did not say that to you. I said something equivalent but not in those words. Secondly, if you have no problem refunding, then why did you shut down your paypal account when I filed 2 complaints on your account with them? And thirdly, why do you insist on beating around the bush to get out of these things. You seem to address the major problem of the scam accusation and refunding so little, and then go on about insignificant things like me badgering you over MSN.

Its your fault for giving him all money up front, not making a contract, etc. Hes hurt your pride, but dont let it be in vein, take it as a lesson well learned.

I DID make a contract. But that's not the point. The point is he will continue to lie and cheat people out of their money and it's kind of hard to prevent that when people like you sit there and say "oh just live with it." Wait until it happens to you and you'll know what I mean.

It's kind of like getting robbed on the street, the robber going to jail and then getting out a few months later roaming the streets again and the cops saying to you "it's your fault for carrying your wallet. Live with it"

Salathe your not a very good leader on this board using that type of language. Complaining about the summer? Who cares, what happend, happend. Just because it happend in the summer why should we just forget about it, unban him, and let it happen again.

Why are you talking about 100$ and quality of work? This thread has nothing to do with quality of work you get for your money now does it? 100$ is 100$, if you new the value of a dollar you would understand 100$ is alot of money.

Learn to read, learn to write decently, learn to not open your mouth when you dont know what you are talking about.

It's not up to him to ask for his money back. If you have not finished work that you agreed to do, it is on you to take the initive to refund him. All you have to do is go into paypal and hit 'Refund' on the transaction. He should not have to some to you asking for his money back.

That right there tells me the quality of your morals. If you are stooping so low as to not refund someone whose work you have not finished simply because you cant get in contact with them is a cop-out and you do not deserve to be anywhere like Yaxay. He should not have to ask for his money back, you should have given it back to him a long time ago.
